Lihlu has been teaching with Mariposas Spanish School since 2017. While she was in High School, she came to us as a volunteer. She easily fit in with our team and values. Each summer after, she has been teaching with us including online & our pod classes during the pandemic.

Lihlu has received her teacher certification and has taught in the elementary classroom in Dallas for several years and is currently teaching dual language in Pflugerville ISD. She still works with Mariposas creating lessons, material and social media content along with teaching at our summer camps.

In her free time, Lihlu likes to travel, explore coffee shops, cook and hang out with her dog. We are so lucky to have her as part of our familia.
